Hello! My name is Griffin Pion (pronounced "pie" + "on"), and I'm a fourth-year Ph.D. student in philosophy at The CUNY Graduate Center. I'm primarily interested in the philosophy of cognitive science, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of language. My current research focuses on ambiguity, concepts, and the interactions between linguistic and non-linguistic representations.

I'm a 2026 Mellon/ACLS Dissertation Innovation Fellow. I'm also a proud member of StarLab and an affiliate of CDSC.
